Due to the increase in human activities and application of nanotechnology, people's exposure nano submicron particles is increasing. Conventional particle separation technologies, such as electrostatic precipitators, cyclone, wet washing, filtration method, cannot work well. In addition, fiber diameter pore size traditional filter material too large, bulk density difficult control. Nanofiber membranes have a large surface area, small high porosity. The nanofiber prepared by electrospinning technology are easy intercept nanoparticles. Furthermore, simple operate, makes fibers various materials easy, convenient for assembly replacement. most common bacteria Escherichia coli, which harms ecological environment health. Therefore, this study used target pollutants controlled nanostructured doped with metals ions. order improve treatment efficiency bacteria, added ions nylon 6 nanofibers explored antibacterial filterability artificial fibrils. Different operation parameters, types metal, ion, metal concentration, velocity, were also investigated prepare make best performance fiber. best-operating conditions could be obtained through test. salts, different concentrations, three oxides (TiO2, CeO2 ZnO) (Ag+, K+ Na+) test sizes ion bacterial removal performance. experimental results show that composite can reach 99%, sprayed self-made liquid has ability.
